William A. Slutsky, Esq.
Founding Partner

 

Bill provides legal advice to a diverse array of clients across the real estate industry. He has a particular expertise in cooperative and condominium law. As general counsel to cooperative and condominium buildings, Bill works with boards of directors and managing agents to help govern and manage buildings in a fashion which facilitates positive relations with shareholders, vendors and employees.

 

Throughout his career, Bill has represented property owners, businesses, investors and families in all aspects of the acquisition, development, sale and operation of real property and along with his staff has presided over 5,000 residential transactions. He has also represented numerous real estate clients in related estate, probate and administration matters.

 

Bill continues to feel energized about assisting clients with what is typically the most important financial decision of their lives. In practicing law, he often draws upon his broad based background in the real estate field, including experience in management, brokerage, insurance and taxation.

Caroline Tesseyman

With over 25 years of real estate experience, Caroline manages the day-to-day affairs of the office and is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive in guiding clients through every detail of a residential real estate transaction.

 

She will always go the extra yard to make our clients feel confident that they are being well represented. Caroline also directs the firm's transfer agent department and maintains responsibility for the scheduling of closings.

 

Justin Waiser, Esq.
Partner


Justin has significant experience representing owners and operators in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, financing and leasing matters. His clients have included real estate developers, sponsors of new construction and conversion condominium developments as well as holders of unsold shares in cooperative buildings. In addition, he has represented numerous buyers and sellers of residential real estate.  

 

Prior to joining the firm, Justin was associated with well known New York City firms including Ganfer & Shore, LLP, Levitt & Boccio LLP (formerly Michael, Levitt & Rubenstein LLC) and Herrick, Feinstein LLP. Justin was also an Assistant General Counsel with the New York State Housing Finance Agency.
